These terms apply to your use of heavenlycare247.com.au and to any enquiry or referral submitted through this website. Engagement of services is governed by a separate Service Agreement.

Website use

Information on this website is provided in good faith for general information about our NDIS supports. It is not medical, legal or financial advice. We may update content at any time.

Referrals & enquiries

Submitting a referral does not create a service agreement. We will respond to confirm intake, assess suitability, and arrange a service agreement before supports commence.

Service agreements

All supports are delivered under a written NDIS Service Agreement that sets out pricing (aligned with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements), cancellation terms, complaints process and participant rights.

Intellectual property

The HeavenlyCare.247 name, logo and website content are owned by HeavenlyCare.247. You may not copy or republish them without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
